Continuing the tradition of previous years, the Formula Student Easter event was once again held this year, between June 13–15, 2025, at the ZalaZONE Science Park. The program concluded successfully, once again providing an excellent opportunity for both Hungarian and international Formula Student teams to test their self-developed vehicles under real conditions ahead of the summer competition season.
During the three-day event, teams were able to assess their preparedness in three main phases: technical inspection, dynamic, and static events. The goal was to help participants identify areas in need of improvement and to receive real-time feedback on the performance of their vehicles.
The successful execution of the program was supported by a total of 22 registered volunteers from Zalaegerszeg and its surrounding area. The volunteers played a vital role in the smooth operation of the event: on Friday, they assisted with registration and the distribution of welcome packages, while over the weekend, they prepared the tracks, ensured on-site safety, handled flagging duties, and participated in scoring. The coordination of the volunteers was supported by the Pannon Development Foundation.
Participation provided not only the teams but also the volunteers with valuable opportunities for growth, as they gained insight into the organization of an international motorsport event and acquired hands-on experience.
The Formula Student Easter event was jointly organized by the official team behind Formula Student East and the Hungarian FS alumni.
